Privacy Policy
HASA Restaurant uses Restaurant Studios, a restaurant technology platform, to run this website and its online ordering. This policy explains what information is collected when you browse or order here, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter at checkout: first and last name, phone number and email address.
- Order details: the items, choices, notes and instructions you send, and your order's status and pickup time.
- Payment information.Card details are entered only in our payment provider's secure form (Authorize.net) or in Apple Pay. We never receive or store your card number or security code. We receive a single-use payment token, the card brand and its last four digits.
- Technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, used to protect checkout from abuse (for example with Cloudflare Turnstile and request limits).
- Information kept on your device.If you leave “Save my info on this device” checked, your name, phone and email are stored in this browser only, and unchecking it removes them. Your latest order's status is kept in this browser for up to 12 hours so you can return to it.
How your information is used
- To send your order to HASA Restaurant, so the restaurant can prepare it, contact you about it and handle pickup, questions, cancellations and refunds.
- To take payment: for orders paid online your card is authorized when you order and charged only if the restaurant accepts.
- To show your order's status and, where applicable, send your receipt.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Restaurant Studios
Restaurant Studios processes and stores this information to provide online ordering for HASA Restaurant. It also keeps a customer record linked to your phone number, which lets it recognize you as a returning customer when you order from HASA Restaurant or from other restaurants that use Restaurant Studios. Service providers that host, secure and process payments for the service (such as Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure and Authorize.net) handle information only to provide those services.
Marketing
If you leave “Email me news and offers from HASA Restaurant” checked when you enter an email address, HASA Restaurant may email you news and offers. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us below. We do not send marketing text messages.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed to provide the service, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. The restaurant's in-store system removes your full phone number 30 days after your order is finished.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting HASA Restaurant or Restaurant Studios using the details below. Some records, such as payment and tax records, may have to be kept where the law requires it.
